This simple tune comes from the fiddling of Ernie Carpenter of West Virginia. For the source file we have one of my favorite fiddlers of his generation- Andy FitzGibbon. To be played in cross A or G.

#24 Booth Shot Lincoln
From the playing of fiddler Marcus Martin from North Carloina. Martin fiddled in in cross G (GDGD). Since there is no videos of Martin playing it, here is a good version from Uncle Earl as our source video.

#23 Redwing
This old-timey is well loved in the Upper-Midwest. I am having Claire and Walt be the source file again because I just love the way they fiddle!

#19 Girl I left Behind Me
This is a very old and very common tune. Someone reminded me of it at a jam yesterday. Source version from the mighty Gid Tanner and his Skillet Lickers.

#18 Seneca Square Dance
Here is a duet I did with local autoharp player, Steve Braden. I always here this tune, but never really took the time to learn it, so I was playing it on the fly with Steve. The source fiddle version I am incuding today is not so much a source version, but is a version I really like. Patti Kusturok is a great fiddler from up in Canada, who tirelessly promotes Canadian fiddle music.
